We just love macarons!

Le Mini Macaron, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, is run by mother and daughter, Gillian and Joanne. Both come from a hospitality and cooking background. Gillian is a home economist who ran a childrens cookery company; promoting healthy eating from a young age. Joanne comes from a hospitality background working her way up in restaurants to a management level. Both love to cook and try out new recipes and flavours in the kitchen.

It's what's on the inside that counts

Le Mini Macaron first began with a small box containing a macaron making kit back in 2014. The next four months consisted of perfecting the perfect recipe. Today they are well established in the North East appearing at many food festivals and markets. Their unique bespoke macarons have proved a huge hit not only for weddings but also commercial ventures.
